Hi, I'm Christine Cunningham, a BACP Integrative Counsellor, Life Coach and Supervisor in Liverpool and Wirral, I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for Children (8+ years), Young people, Adults and Couples to explore their feelings and find their path forward. Whether you prefer short or long-term therapy, face to face or online sessions - I'm here to support you. My integrative approach means I can use different counselling or coaching models in our sessions, to help meet your specific needs, helping you overcome any obstacles and achieve your goal of therapy, remembering:

Counselling for Children and Young People

I offer a nurturing environment for children aged 8 and up, where they can express themselves freely. Using age-appropriate techniques like the play therapy model of Counselling and creative activities, helping children and teenagers navigate emotional challenges, build self-esteem, and develop healthy coping skills. I work closely with parents to ensure a holistic approach to supporting your child's well-being.

Adult Individual Counselling

In our one-on-one sessions, we'll create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we'll work through challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or personal growth. My integrative approach means we will use techniques tailored to your specific needs, helping you gain insights, develop coping strategies, and move towards positive change.

Couples Counselling

Relationships require care and attention. In couples therapy, we'll work together to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild connection. Whether you're facing trust issues, navigating life changes, or simply wanting to strengthen your bond, I'll provide a neutral, supportive space for both partners to be heard and understood, guiding you towards a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Clinical Supervision

For fellow therapists and helping professionals, I offer both individual and group supervision. Using the Seven-Eyed Model, we'll explore your client work, personal development, and ethical considerations. My goal is to support your growth as a practitioner, enhance your self-awareness, and ensure you're providing the best possible care to your clients while maintaining your own well-being.

As your counsellor, I'm here to listen without judgement, help you gain new perspectives, and develop coping strategies. Together, we'll work at your pace to understand your challenges, identify your strengths, and move towards positive change. Counselling can help you improve self-awareness, build resilience, and enhance your overall well-being, empowering you to face life's ups and downs with confidence.

Sessions and Fees

I offer a range of counselling and supervision services to suit different needs. All sessions begin with a free initial consultation, where we can discuss your needs and determine if we're a good fit to work together.

Session lengths are typically 50 minutes for individual counselling and 60 minutes for couples counselling. Sessions are usually held weekly or fortnightly, but we can discuss a frequency that works best for you.

Supervision sessions can be either 45, 60 or 90 minutes long.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, but I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, the full fee will be charged.

Payment is due at the end of each session. I accept Cash or Bank Transfer.

£55 per 50 minutes

• Couples Counselling:

£80 per 60 minutes

• Supervision for Qualified Counsellors:

£55 for 60 minutes

£75 for 90 minutes

• Supervision for Trainee Counsellors

£35 per 45 minutes

£70 per 90 minutes


My fees will be subject to annual review.

This location is easily accessible from Heswall, West Kirby, Hoylake, Neston, Bebington, Birkenhead, and Liverpool.

I also offer online counselling services from Omagh,

Co. Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
